Conditions of use:

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal right to possess adult products and are not offended by adult merchandise including such things as Sex Toys, Vibrators and other adult related products. By entering this website you have released and discharged the providers, owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise from using this website.

All goods supplied by MechaDoll / MECHTECH  remain the property of ours until such time as they are paid for in full. All goods sold through this site are sold as \novelty goods\. MechaDoll / MECHTECH cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.

Payment solutions:

MechaDoll EUROPE, MECHTECH MechaDoll Distributions & Cooperations Company can sells all articles and Models as a payment in advance to there exclusive- customers, only. We use a standard bank transfer account, only.

Delivery Charges:

We sell all article include and exclude of her delivery cost. Additionally we charge the actual cost of handling and delivery rates as indicated on the order forms, in our Webshop System and in our order confirmation. .

We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details. All goods come with a 14 day guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product. (P&P costs are non refundable).

In case of  special/ individuell articles orders (UNIQUE), please consider our special warranty Conditions and important notes.

Returns conditions:
 
The goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

* On occasions we will ask you to post back to our supplier /producers.

* The goods MUST BE in their original condition & packaging.
* The goods MUST BE received back at our office (by recorded delivery) within 7-14 days.

* Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable. Please read also the terms of our business partners, maybe an exchangeable returns are possible and include their own terms.

* If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to MechaDoll / MECHTECH Company within 24 hours of the delivery date. MechaDoll / MECHTECH cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Governing Law:

These terms of business and any contracts concluded hereunder shall be governed, interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects under the german law.

Important notes:

For order activation we use a payment in advance solution, only. Because every Production- Order is a special made, for a special exclusive desired production for exclusive customers, only.

No resets or abandonment, cancellation of any activated orders are possible. With the supported money about the total amount of our Order- confirmation you have sent, you have accepted our terms & condition in addition, also completely . All orders about ous Webshop- System will be fixed, after the money is arrived our bank account.

Customers understand and agree to MECHTECH / Mechadoll Creations cancelation policy (no refund if production on order has activated or has begun) 15% cancelation fee if canceled after order has been confirmed.
